Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Karishma Shop. We appreciate your trust and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items must be in resellable condition.

Important: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Baby feeding products

  • Skincare and personal care items

  • Undergarments or innerwear

  • Customized or made-to-order items

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] or message us through the website contact form within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return.

  3. Once your return request is approved, we will share return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or sent in error.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send us clear photos of the item(s) and packaging. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund—no return needed in such cases.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order separately.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
